My favorite HubSpot automations

My favorite HubSpot automations

Hubspot automations are a powerful tool for streamlining your sales and marketing processes. By setting up specific triggers and actions, you can automate repetitive tasks and ensure that nothing falls through the cracks. In this blog post, I'll be sharing some of my favorite Hubspot automations that can help you save time and boost your results.

Follow-up with leads who haven't been active in a while

One of the most important things you can do when working with leads is to make sure you're following up with them regularly. However, it's easy to let things slip through the cracks, especially when you're juggling multiple leads at once.

That's where this automation comes in. When you set it up, automatically create a task for the contact owner to follow up with any lead that's in progress but hasn't had any activity in the past 7 days and also doesn't have any upcoming activity. This way, you'll never miss an opportunity to connect with a potential customer.

Handling hard bounces

When you're sending out emails, it's not uncommon for some of them to bounce. This can happen for a variety of reasons, such as an incorrect email address or a full inbox. When an email hard bounces, it's important to find out why so you can take action accordingly. With this automation, you can set up a trigger that will send an alert or create a task for the contact owner when an email hard bounces. This way, they can take a look and determine what needs to be done.

Connecting with new contacts on LinkedIn

When you get assigned a new contact, it's important to start building a relationship with them right away. One way to do this is to connect with them on LinkedIn. However, it can be easy to forget to do this, especially when you're busy with other tasks. With this automation, you can set up a trigger that will create a task for the contact owner to connect with the new contact on LinkedIn 3 days after their status changes to "being worked."

This way, you'll never miss an opportunity to start building that relationship.

Alerting contact owners when a high-value page is viewed

Sometimes, a contact might be on the fence about buying from you. However, if they visit a high-value page on your website, such as your pricing page, it's a good indication that they're interested and ready to take the next step. With this automation, you can set up a trigger that will send a push notification to the contact owner when a contact visits a high-value page or views a high-value document.

This way, they'll know that now might be a good time to reach out and close the sale.

Start saving time and boosting results

In conclusion, Hubspot Workflows can help you save time and boost your results by streamlining repetitive tasks and ensuring that nothing falls through the cracks.

These are just a few of our favorite automations that you can set up in your own Hubspot account. I encourage you to give them a try and see how they can help you streamline your sales and marketing processes.
